Power Up Your Productivity Morning Routine Checklist
The magic in Power Up Your Productivitystarts by having a routine. Here is a simple but effective routine for you to follow to help you to Power Up Your Productivity and keep the momentum going.
Here are my 3 tips in checklist form!
Tip #1:Start with the Night Before: [ ] Create your to-do list for the next day. [ ] Highlight the top 3 things you need to accomplish. [ ] Pick out the clothes you want to wear or put together a couple of outfits ready to go. [ ] Have your handbag/purse ready and packed. [ ] Read your affirmations.
Tip #2:Get into a Morning Routine: [ ] Get up the same time every morning. [ ] Workout Challenge. Workout for 10 minutes or do 3 specifics workouts such as (30 Squats, 30 Sit ups, 30 Crunches) [ ] Review my to do list. [ ] Set your intention for the day. [ ] Read your affirmations. [ ] Get ready...I mean get ready as if you were about to be on video!
Tip #3:Cross off something on your To Do List: [ ] Get one of the top three items that are highlighted on your to do list completed before 9:00 am. Want to make really power it up? Do all three items!
Bonus Tip: If you are a morning person, then your most productive time is in the morning. Treat that as very valuable treasure and use that time for massive productivity. Here are a few more things to add to your morning list if you want to really make a change.
[ ] Read 10 minutes of a book you been wanting to read. [ ] Spend 10 minutes and write in your journal or dream book. [ ] Meditate for 10 minutes. [ ] Add to your vision book. [ ] Shut your phone off until 10 am...what????!!! Use that time to getting stuff done!
