5 Small Habits you CAN Start Today to Begin Healing & Loving Yourself More
1. When you first wake up, rattle off three things you are grateful for…but tell them to yourself as if you were your 14 year old self.
2. Start your day off by doing something for you. Read a chapter in a book, journal, meditate, drink water.

3. Set a reminder on your phone to breathe. It will help you to become mindful and lower your stress. I set mine for 9 am, 12 pm and 5 pm.
4. Take time to move each day and eat something healthy. Do this for you. You are worth it!
5. Get into a night routine. Get your stuff organized, wash your face, moisturize, read your book, listen to a meditation and get to bed at a reasonable time.
Remember, caring for yourself is a necessary part of caring for others. Self mastery is key for any type of success in your business or life.
