Transformational Coaching Certification Program is a fast track 8 week coaching program. We provide a live 1.5 hour group webinar (Zoom) training weekly for 8 weeks (2 months) that includes assigned reading, homework, and practice coaching. Details of what you will be learning are mentioned above.

You should take this class. Learning to ask well crafted, open ended questions has led to better conversations in all areas of my life. I learned how to listen (which is so much harder than it sounds!) without mentally crafting my reply while the other person is speaking.
